IOk, that link is not very usful to me. There is not a lot of information on here for the 1600's.

Correct. For the timeline we try to pinpoint specific years and events. Here are some links that may help you: http://ncpedia.org/category/subjects/colonial-period. Or, if there is something in particular you need information about, let us know and we can try to help you find it.

Do you guys talk about the natives at all? Just asking.

Comment:

Hi, are you looking for Native Americans? There are some articles grouped here: http://ncpedia.org/category/subjects/american-indian. If that doesn't have the information you need, tell us more about what you are looking for and we'd be happy to help.

Good luck in your research.

i wish the information could go back farther in time, because i need information that is in the 1500s, and THEN on, but it only goes back until the butt end of the 1700s. this website has useful information, but does not go back as far as others. they should re-consider this.

Comment Response:

Thanks for positing a comment to NCpedia. Here is a link to NCpedia entries that relate to the Precolonial (pre-1600) Period: http://ncpedia.org/category/subjects/prehistory. I hope this information helps. Good luck in your research!
