I've been trying to locate any information on my great-great-grandfather, Solomon Plummer. Born in Warrenton, NC. in 1823. Married Sarah Clausell in Burnt Corn, Alabama in 1854. Returned to Warrenton, NC., where their son, William Alexander, was born on 6/19/1855. Solomon was black, Sarah was a mulattto.
