Railroad bridge in a Mexican valley

A railroad bridge connects two steep rocky hillsides. The lower levels of the hillsides are carpeted in trees. The railroad bridges crosses a wide, dry riverbed. Chihuahua is the largest state in Mexico and shares a border with the United States. The largest city in the state is Ciudad Juarez, which is known for it's manufacturing industry. The state is named for the Chihuahua desert, though much of the state is actually covered in leafy forests.
